Medium Rock: Can be used with
satisfactory results
Hard Rock: Can be used but does
not result in optium productivity
Domed Inserts
Soft Rock: Can be used but does not
result in optium productivity

satisfactory results
Hard Rock: Ideally suited for that formation
Head Designs
Concave
Ideally for big diameter or deep drilling holes, maximizing the hole alignment
Flat
Ideally for fractured rocks and alternative for all rock conditions
Convex
A great balance of long life and productivity, sepecially for rock abrasive rocks.
